House Rules

Yes, up to 2 small dogs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee, per dog. Please see Guest Agreement for details.

No - events and/or parties are restricted by city ordinance and association bi-laws. Our vacation home is permitted by the county for a maximum of 11 guests for the purpose of hosting guests visiting the area on a short vacation.
